AVRPROG has been renamed to AVRDUDE!
Currently, an effort is underway to port AVRDUDE (AVRPROG) to Linux and Windows. The name AVRPROG would surely cause confusion with Atmel's own programming software named AVRPROG.EXE which is part of their AVR Studio environment on the Windows host. I felt the best way to handle this is to just change the name. Thus, AVRPROG was renamed to AVRDUDE. The software is the same, just the name has changed.
